How much data does Line2 use?

 If Line2 is connected to a landline or cellular number over Wi-Fi or 5G networks, the app uses approximately 20MB per hour. When Line2 is connected  to a desktop client over Wi-Fi or 3G/4G networks, the app uses approximately 40MB per hour due to the HD audio available on peer to peer calls.
Please note: These numbers are a strict approximation, and data usage can change at any time.  Actual data usage may vary.

 

Can I use Line2 to accept or receive collect calls from someone in a facility?

No, you cannot use Line2 to accept collect calls. 

 

How do I locate or update my current service plan?

To change your plan, please reach out to customer support at 888-472-9900 or l2support@line2.com.

To confirm your current Line2 plan:
Log into your Line2 account. 
Click Account Info on your main dashboard.
Navigate over to Plan on the left hand side.
Your Service Plan will appear on the top of the page.
