Line2 App for macOS: Send Call Logs

 

Customer Support will ask you to provide your call logs whenever there is a problem with the app. 

 

1. Make sure the Line2 App is the active window
2. On the menu bar click on "Help"
3. Click on "Email Our Support Team"
4. A box will pop up, enter your email address
5. Select an option under "How Can We Help"
6. Enter a description
7. Leave "Send Logs" checked
8. Click "Send"
