Set Up Voicemail to Email Forwarding

  1. Log into your Account Manager 
  2.  Select Settings on the top navigation bar
  3. Select Voicemail on the top left 
  4. Select On to activate your Voicemail to Email Forwarding. 
  5. Select the + Email Address button to add your email address.
  6. For your Storage Option you can select: Forward and Delete OR Store and Forward
  7. For the Voicemail Format: You can select WAV or MP3

To edit a previously entered email address select the "edit" button next to the email address.
