Create a Filter for your Message Center (Inbox)

Creating a Filter allows you to automatically delete or sort incoming messages into specific folders. 

  • Log into your Line2 Account Manager 
  •  Select Settings on the top navigation
  •  Choose Filters on the left hand side
  • Select Add a Filter
    • Enter the Filter Name e.g.: Sales Leads
    • Enter the Conditions associated with this Filter
      • To and From Conditions :e.g.: Phone numbers beginning with the area code 919
      • Subject and Body Conditions: e.g.: Messages that contain the mention of the term "Sale"
    • Select the Action. 
      • Move To : Select the folder you would like to move the message to
      • Delete: Message will be automatically deleted.
