Why should I customize my notifications?

Customizing notifications enables you to personalize your experience with our platform. You can choose how you receive alerts, making the overall user experience tailored to your preferences.


Customize Notification

  1. Log into your Line2 Account Manager
  2. Select Settings on the top navigation
  3. Click on Notifications
  4. To add a new phone number, select the + Notification button
    1. You can select if you would to have your messages sent via Text or Email.

To enable or disable notifications, select the button next to your already added phone number.


To edit a saved email or phone number, select the edit button and modify any information accordingly.
