Please review and follow the official refund policy outlined below:
IAP Customers
We are unable to process a refund from our end for IAP subscriptions as they were not being billed directly by us but through their app store.
The customer is required to reach out to their 3rd party vendor (Apple or Google) to have the refund processed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please DO NOT cancel any IAP accounts in WCSA, the customer is required to cancel the subscription through their App Store settings.
Monthly Charges
We can refund the last monthly charge if the account was closed within 7 days of that charge.
Annual Charges
We can refund the last annual charge if the account was closed within 30 days of that charge.
Important: If a customer requests a refund that does not meet the criteria above, please reach out to @management in the respective brand channel for further guidance.
