International calling and texting is only available to directly billed Line2 subscribers.
If your Line2 account is billed thru your Apple or Google Play subscription, you will need to switch to direct billing.

Yes, Line2 will work while you travel if you have a Wi-Fi connection.

Yes, you can forward incoming Line2 calls to international phone numbers but please note that all forward calls will be subject to our international rates.
