Apps: Windows, iOS and Android: Troubleshoot Call Quality
Check the following:
Check to see if anyone else is connected to your network
Make sure that you have not moved out of you devices cellular range.
Are you on the move? Transiting between cellular data towers is known to cause issues especially if you are going to/from slower networks to faster networks.
Log into other devices and see if you are experiencing the same call quality issues.
Device Issues
If you've determined that your WIFI and internet are in working order but are still experiencing call quality issues. We recommend looking into the following:
Check how many apps are running in the background.
Try force quitting/closing out all other apps to improve the quality.
Ensure that your device's memory and storage aren't being over utilized.
