Manage your Apple In- App Subscription

 

Helpful Hint:

If the Apple ID that you are logged in with is not subscribed to Line2 you will not see it listed in your app subscriptions. "Canceled" means you cancelled the recurring subscription and must subscribe again.

If you have verified that you are currently subscribed but your app is in free mode, you can force a manual re-sync by going into your Line2 settings. This will force the app to find the purchase you made on the current Apple account and restore your paid subscription.

  2. Tapping on Account 
  3. Your Line2 Number 
  4. Restore purchase

Helpful Hint:

If you are switching to our direct billing system, you must cancel your app store subscription on your own. We do not have access to cancel any 3rd-party subscriptions on behalf of our customers. To switch to our direct billing system please call Customer Support.
