How do I cancel my Line2 Account?
Please Note: To cancel your Line2 account you must be an Administrator
1. Log into your Line2 account. Click on Account
2. Click on Plan located under Billing
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Follow on-screen prompts to complete cancellation
How do I cancel my account if I am billed through the Apple app store?
- Go to iPhone Settings
- Tap your Apple ID/Name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Line2
- Tap Cancel Subscription

How do I cancel my account if I am billed through the Google Play Store?
- Go into the Play Store app
- Tap on the top left corner of the screen (3 lines to the left of the Play Store header)
- Tap on My apps
- Tap on the Subscriptions tab
- Tap on Line2
- Tap on Cancel
- Tap Yes to confirm the cancellation

What happens to my Line2 phone number when I cancel?
If you cancel your Line2 account, your phone number will be placed on hold for a set period of time before being returned to our inventory for reassignment. If you would like to cancel your service with Line2 and keep your phone number, then you will need to port your number to another carrier. Do I receive a refund if I cancel my annual account?
Line2 does not provide refunds for pre-paid annual accounts after the first 30-days of service. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Do I receive a refund for inactivity on my account?
Refunds are not issued for inactivity. Line2 does not have contracts or cancellations fees, so you are free to cancel at anytime.
