Line2 App for Android: Manage Calls

 

Place a Call via Contacts:

1. Go to the Contacts section
2. Locate the contact you'd like to call by scrolling through your list of contacts > By clicking the magnifying glass icon 
3. Typing the name of the contact you wish to call
4. Tap on the contact's name
5. Click the phone number you wish to dial

Return a Call:

1. Go to the Recent or Calls tab
2. Find the contact or number you'd like to call
3. Tap on the call long entry for the contact or number you wish to call

Dial Pad Call:

1. Go to the Calls tab
2. Tap the Keypad icon
3. Dial a number
4. Press Phone Icon 

Do Not Disturb: 
 Enabling Do Not Disturb will send Calls Directly to Line2 Voicemail

1. Under Settings > Call Handling
2. Toggle the switch to the right of Do not disturb

Forward All Calls:
 Enable this feature if you do not want calls to ring the Line2 app, calls will be sent directly to the next step of your call forwarding.

1. Launch the Line2 App for Android
2. Go to Settings 
3. Call Handling 
4.  Incoming Calls 
5.  Forwarding

Screen All Calls:

1. Launch Line2 App for Android
2. Go to Settings 
3.  Call handling 
4.  Incoming calls
5. Toggle the switch to the right of Screening

Screen by Caller Type:

1. Click the Caller Type Group
2. Select Preferred

Call Forwarding 

1. Settings 
2. Call handling 
3.  Incoming calls
4. Tap the button next to Forwarding

Add Call Forwarding Number

1. Press Add a number
2.  Input a phone number
3. Push OK
4. Save

Edit a Call Forwarding Number:

1. Tap on the phone number you want to Edit
2.  Make Appropriate Changes
3.  Tap Ok
4. Click Save

Remove a Call Forwarding Number:

1. Select the number you wish to delete
2.  Tap the Menu Icon
3.  Press Delete Number
4.  Tap Yes

Sync Contacts:

1. Launch the Line2 App
2. Go to the Contacts tab
3. Press Add my contacts
4. Push OK
5. If prompted again, tap Allow

Keep in Mind: Line2 does not maintain a separate list of contacts. To edit existing or add new contacts, you'll want to use your device's native Contacts app.  

Block Caller

1. Go to Calls
2. Tap and hold the number 
3. Tap block
4. A prompt will pop up, tap Block

Unblock Caller 

1. Go to Calls
2. Tap and hold the number 
3. Tap unblock
4. A prompt will pop up, tap unblock

Helpful Hint: Deletions are immediate and cannot be undone.

Launch your Line2 App for Android

Delete Call

1. Tap on the Calls tab
2. Tap on ICON PICTURE  for the call log that you'd like to delete.
3. Tap ICON PICTURE in the upper right-hand corner

Delete All Recent Calls

1. Tap on the Calls tab.  
2. Tap the menu icon (or button depending on your device)
3. Select Clear call log
4. Push Yes
