Voicemail

 

Play a Voicemail 

  1.  Navigate to Calls Section
  2. Press Voicemails
  3. Tap on the Voicemail
  4. Push PLAY ICON

Play a Voicemail 

  1.  Navigate to Calls Section
  2. Press Voicemails
  3. Tap on the Voicemail
  4. Push PLAY ICON


Reply to Voicemail with a Message
Responding to a number that left a voicemail with a message

  1. Go to Calls
  2. Tap on Voicemail
  3.  Press the MESSAGE ICON
  4. Type your message
  5. Hit Send


Share a Voicemail
Sending a copy of a voicemail recording

  1.  Go to the Voicemail Section
  2.  Select the Voicemail you wish to share
  3. Click the SHARE ICON
  4.  Choose the method you wish to send the voicemail
  5. Input any necessary information
  6.  Push Send


Delete a Voicemail
Helpful Hint: Deleting a Voicemail takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Voicemails will automatically be deleted after 180 days.

  1.  Go to Voicemail Tab
  2. Click on the Voicemail you want to delete
  3. Press the TRASH ICON
  4.  Tap Yes


Clear all Voicemails

  1.  Go to Voicemail Tab
  2.  Tap the menu icon 
  3.  Press Clear voicemails
  4.  Click Yes

Save a Voicemail

  1. Tap Calls >Voicemail
  2. Tap on the message you want to save 
  3. Tap on the share icon 
  4. Choose which application to save the voicemail as a mp3 file or email a copy 

 

 

SMS Message

Send a New Message

  1. Go to Messages and tap the PENCIL icon 
  2. Type a name or number     
  3. Helpful Hint: Group messages are limited to 10 recipients
  4. Type a message
  5. Push SEND ICON


Send a Picture Message

  1. Tap the Paper Clip Icon 
  2. You will be able to select your photo from the follow options:
    1. "Take Picture"
    2. "Gallery" 
    3. "Other File Types"
  3. Attach picture or file
  4. Press Send SEND LOGO


Respond to a Message

  1. Go to Recent or Messages
  2. Tap on a message thread
  3. Type your message
  4. Click Send



 Keep in Mind: If you have a Toll Free Number, group and photo messaging to non-Line2 numbers is currently not supported.

Receive a Message
To receive messages via Line2, simply ensure that you are connected to a working internet connection (WiFi or cellular data) and that the Line2 app is running.  Any incoming text messages will alert you via the alerting method you selected during Installation and Setup. 



Delete Individual Entry Call

  1. Tap on the Calls tab
  2. Tap on ICON PICTURE  for the call log that you'd like to delete.
  3. Tap ICON PICTURE in the upper right-hand corner

Helpful Hint: Deletions are immediate and cannot be undone.


Delete All Recent Calls

  1. Tap on the Calls tab.  
  2. Tap the menu icon (or button depending on your device)
  3. Select Clear call log
  4. Push Yes

   


Delete an Individual Message 

  1.  Tap into the conversation
  2. Tap and hold on the message you wish to delete.  
  3.  Click Delete Message, and press Delete


Delete Entire Message thread 

  1. Tap into the conversation in question
  2. click the menu icon (or button, depending on your device)
  3. select Delete conversation,
  4. Push Yes
