Trouble Logging In?

Did you recently add a new User or an Auto Attendant? (If so, you now have an extension, which means the way you log in is a little different.)

(An Auto Attendant is  where callers are greeted by an automated message and must press a key to be routed to the correct department.)

 If so, you now have an extension, which means the way you log in is a little different.

Here’s how to access your account:

  1. Go to line2.com and choose Log In.
  2. Type in your phone number.
  3. Slide the extension toggle to the "on" position.
  4. Enter your new extension number.
  5. Enter your password.
